The envelope of ceramic pieces rendered in a variety of colors does much to give the building a personality of its own in the urban fabric, while distinguishing each apartment unit.

The 25-floor tower is located in Itaim Bibi, a São Paulo neighborhood undergoing a thorough transformation, and contains 123 apartments connected to a podium of communal zones by two sets of elevators.

There are balconies on the north and south sides, while the east and west facades present ventilated skins whose large-format ceramic panels are fixed to the inner structure by means of metal plaques and screws.
