The French firm TANK, headed by Olivier Camus and Lydéric Veauvy, designed this complex of 55 housing units wrapped in pinewood. The simple volume is part of a larger residential development that also includes a building by Agence Guervilly.

The construction contains three levels and an underground parking, and comprises five different domestic configurations, in all of which natural light and views are optimized. The material selected, pinewood, is resistant to humidity and facilitates integrating the project into its natural environment, in combination with the building’s simple form and porosity.
