Located in the Palermo neighborhood of the city of Buenos Aires, the project involved enlarging and restoring an old warehouse for a company that designs and retails clothes. Maintaining the existing courtyard as a connecting core, the intervention exalts the old warehouse, leaving its structure visible. There is now another courtyard all the way back, so the building is set between two courtyards that ventilate and illuminate the interiors. Light color tones predominate. This and the mirror claddings give a sense of spatial breadth and maximize the natural light.
