The location of this 1,400-square-meter building is Castelar, a locality in Morón, which is a partido of Buenos Aires Province. On a tract of land 17 meters in front and 46 deep, the complex rises as a row of duplexes attached to the existing high party wall on the right and facing the party wall on the left to benefit from the northwest sun. Access by foot is along a concrete wall leading to the brick boxes that are the independent entrances to the units. Each box has a parking spot underneath. On top of the complex of eight homes is a two-level studio that presents the same stacking, but with a difference: the expansion is on its second floor and towards the front. These offices are placed in such a way that protects the privacy of the dwellings, separating them from the street.
