The multifunctional building runs lengthwise across the plot fragmented by a series of displacements that generate squares, gardens, parking spaces and entrances. The choice of material recovers the industrial and architectural tradition of the region.

The use of brickwork allows spreading continuous surfaces that surround the occupants and enrich the indoor spaces, introducing natural light through large skylights and inserting openings that interrupt the continuity of the vaults.
