Ombú, developed by Acciona, is the project to recover a Neo-Mudéjar industrial warehouse in Madrid, originally built in 1905 by Luis de Landecho. The historic envelope and the load-bearing structure that supports the pitched steel trusses have been preserved, inserting a timber structure that integrates lighting and ventilation and allows for spatial flexibility. With more than 10,000 square meters for offices, the intervention includes a courtyard to work outdoors, connected to a 12,400-square-meter park.
