AGE 360 residential tower in Curitiba
Triptyque Architects OfficeThis apartment building stands 124 meters tall, redefining the horizon of Curitiba, the capital of the Brazilian state of Paraná. Its loadbearing facade frees the interior spaces of structural constraints and ensures that layouts are reversible. Addressing local regulations, the construction presents cuts on the north and east sides. Th structural grid is interrupted to accommodate shared spaces for sports and wellness. Adapted to the irregular topography, the tower’s base establishes a direct connection to the city at ground level while creating a space dense with native plants.
