The Barcelona-based team Módulos Vivendi, which includes urban planners, environmentalists and specialists in modular architecture, has won the competition to rebuild the neighborhood of San Fernando in Lorca. With a project under the slogan ‘Modulor.K’, the team aims to turn the tragedy of Lorca into a new opportunity to create an exemplary sustainable city, a ‘collaborative city’ where citizens, the administration and promoters are all together the authors of a ‘Neighborhood Plan’.
