Located on the left bank of the Zubitegi stream, in the south zone of the Basque municipality of Mallabia, this sports park is the result of transforming an area damaged by the operations of an old water-treatment plant. The outdoor facilities optimize resources and seek simplicity while forming a network of paths integrated into nature and accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The project minimizes demolition, and materials obtained from any razing carried out is used as gravel or dry components in pavements. Shallow foundations are likewise reused. This minimizes interventions, facilitates montage, and reduces costs. Industrialized, serialized, and modularized dry construction diminishes execution times and impact on the terrain.
