This 518-square-meter industrial building is located in Las Torres de Cotillas, a municipality in the comarca Vega Media del Segura, and is home to Prefabricados de hormigón Montalbán y Rodríguez, combining two uses: offices and a showroom for the firm’s products. The independent administrative modules – with their flat, texture-less white surfaces – visually compartmentalize the continuous, unobstructed exhibition space, which is delimited by an envelope where the self-supporting curved roof’s textures stand out, along with the polycarbonate panels and the moving ribbed plates of the facades.

The exhibition zone is conceived as a buffer between the exterior of the construction and the interior of the administrative modules, based on three main strategies: the arrangement of the large openings; the facade configuration comprising a translucent outer layer and an adjustable inner one with greater insulation capacity; and an air conditioning system powered by a photovoltaic energy installation.
