The aim of the project is not to obtain a historical reproduction of the monumental Post Office Building of the19th century, but to revitalize it by introducing current uses that will be added to the old ones in a block open 24 hours a day.
The block weaves itself into the city by taking in a program of mixed uses that includes from a hotel to a police station. It also incorporates a new set of circulations so the street stretches into the building, with spaces full of natural light and in the outdoors... [+]
