The Japanese pavilion of the Los Angeles Museum of Art is an excellent example of an enigma for the European architect: the success and popularity of the American architect Bruce Goff. The latter, who died recently, carried out the basic design of the building (1978-1982), and his disciple Bart Prince the execution.
