For the first time in 500 years, a large part of the Procuratie Vecchie will be open to the public thanks to a series of interventions: restoring the first and second floors, reorganizing accessibility, and renewing the entrance to the third floor leading to the courtyards.
The building’s structure is refurbished and restored recovering distinctive original elements and features, while the interior spaces are reunified to convey clarity. Traditional Venetian materials are recovered, as well as local craftsmanship.
