At Fortuny 47 in Madrid one finds an 80-square meter eatery called Greta Salad Bar. The objective of the project was to convey an identity linked to healthy values, through a design that floods the spaces with the color green. Different greenish tones are used on different materials, unifying the space.

Instead of compartmentalizing, the design plays with ceiling height and three areas are marked out in a longitudinal scheme. A large tiled bar welcomes clients and serves as a surface on which to both display and prepare food. An 'amphitheater' then provides seating for eating, solving the matter of changing level by means of an integrated staircase. The highest zone is the actual dining room, surrounded by plants and a continuous bench.
