Adapting to a very pronounced slope, this residence hovering over the ground is located in Zahara de los Atunes, a village belonging to the municipality of Barbate, in the southern Spanish province of Cádiz. The grayish base, which visually connects with the stone surroundings, enables the house to be positioned at a level from which views can be enjoyed. The rear part features a courtyard protected from strong winds. On a plinth, the upper floor breaks up into three areas. The central one contains the communal rooms and is completely floor-through from northwest to southeast. The bedrooms are placed on both sides and are given the privacy they need.
