In view of the brazenly unsatisfactory architecture of the German pavilion, it is a stroke of luck for this country that the organizers of a Universal Exposition should not be represented solely by the host pavilion, but by the exposition as a whole. In this sense, public opinion in Germany is quite satisfied with the work carried out by the planners and urbanists involved.
