This industrial-like building, built in 1940 and formerly a fire station, has been transformed into a meeting point for the community. At the base of the tower, now home for a climbing club, the central plaza forms a market hall space that opens up to the street.

The warehouses, with a concrete structure clad in brick, make up a complex that is oriented radially and irregularly towards the outdoor courtyard with the purpose of promoting social and commercial relationships in the neighborhood.
