A pro bono facility gathers medical clinics, lounges, and recreational amenities around a curved courtyard conceived as yet another space intended for the benefit of elderly people.
The building maintains a domestic scale through a single level that facilitates access and follows a radial scheme centered in an atrium, ensuring that there is cross ventilation and natural lighting in all the spaces.
