Comissioned by the Italian company Casone Group, the two showrooms – Naturescape in Milan and Stonescape in Bologna – recreate a topography molded by the interaction of stone and water.

Set on a floor of gravel, with its distinct sound when trod on, the stelas of CorTen steel evoke with their rigid modularization the bunk beds that lined the sheds of the extermination camp.
Opening on to the public space by means of two large pedestrian ramps, the compact building accommodates a complex program arranged in the manner of a miniature city.
