Foster + Partners completes strategic partnership with Hennick & Co

The UK's largest architecture studio Foster + Partners has entered into a strategic partnership with Hennick & Company, which sees the private investment firm become the studio's largest shareholder.

The move means that the Toronto-based family firm will have the largest shareholding, with Norman Foster and his family the next biggest stake.

Foster, who turned 86 in June, will continue to serve as executive chairman of the company he and his late wife Wendy founded in 1967.

All parties refused to disclose the size of their stakes but Foster said the deal had been several months in the making...
