Just like Mr. Pump in Hergé’s cartoons, Norman Foster has a true passion for automobiles, a devotion which in his architecture has made him pursue beauty and high technology in equal shares. Making the world an accomplice in his vision, the British architect has curated ‘Motion: Autos, Art, Architecture,’ an exhibition at Bilbao’s Guggenheim where, until 18 September, 38 historic cars engage in dialogue with works by great artists.
