On 24 September the Consejo Superior de Colegios de Arquitectos de España (CSCAE, or Higher Council of Architects in Spain) announced that the winners of the 2015 Medals are the Fundación Arquia, the Fundación Arquitectura y Sociedad, and the ETSAB (Barcelona School of Architecture ) and ETSAM (Madrid School of Architecture). The distinction goes to four institutions which have played an essential role in the promotion and dissemination of architecture, building bridges between the profession and Spanish society. Launched in 2010, the CSCAE Medal will be presented at a ceremony in the Palacio del Senado, an event that will take place during the month of November.
