The project of the Spanish real-estate investment company Ibervalles is to be carried out by Ortiz-León, a Madrid firm with branches in Lisbon, Shanghai, and Miami. This will mean demolishing the 13-story building at General Perón 27, which contains over 7,000 square meters of offices. The design for the hotel will be presented early in 2025.
