6th International Congress for Architecture in Pamplona


Titled ‘The City We Want,’ the Fundación Arquitectura y Sociedad is set to hold its sixth international congress from 8 to 10 September 2021, as usual at the Baluarte Convention Center and Auditorium of Navarre, in Pamplona. Attendance will be in-person but limited, by invitation, with digital platforms to stream the event live.

Directed by the architect and sociologist José María Ezquiaga, the 6th International Congress will bring in leading figures of the cultural, economic, and social sphere to discuss the challenges of the future city in the areas of mobility, climate change, health, and urban equity: Joan Clos i Matheu, Mª Ángeles Durán , Dietmar Eberle, Miguel Anxo Fernández Lores, Rafael Fernández Valverde, Fabienne Hoelzel, Daniel Ibáñez, Anne Lacaton, Pablo Martínez, Mar Santamaria, Mohan Munasinghe, Francesc Muñoz, Feniosky Peña-Mora, Philipp Rode, Saskia Sassen, and Carlos Solchaga.
