María de la O Molina Pérez-Tomé, "Eden Archipelago"

The awardees are: María de la O Molina Pérez-Tomé (Madrid School of Architecture), for the project ‘Eden Archipelago’: Laura Hurley (School of Engineering and Architecture, SEFS of the University College Cork & Munster Technological University), for ‘Peripheral Cartographies’; and Dinko Jelecevic (Faculty of Architecture of Graz University of Technology), for ‘Valter’.

In addition to these, a parallel award not funded by the EU, the Young Talent Open, was created by the Fundació for schools on the African continent and members of the Council of Europe which are not part of Creative Europe, and it was won by Shaha Raphael (Architectural Association School of Architecture, London), for ‘Earth Bound’.

The exhibition ‘EUmies Awards. Young Talent 2023. The Laboratory of Education’ opened last May at Palazzo Mora and will remain on view for the public until 26 November, as an event collateral to the 18th International Architecture Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia.
