Elii   Spain   Divided into an L-shaped private band and a main zone, the dwelling presents two levels connected by a furniture-staircase that delimits the areas and makes it possible to make the most of the avilable space.

Elii   Spain   Seeking to optimize light, the program is organized in several bands of services that make it possible to free up an interior space which is open, flexible, and equipped with mobile panels and ‘secret traps’.
