The firm 6a architects has publicized the first images of its ‘reimagining’ of Tate Liverpool, which was founded in 1988. The intervention on the 180-year-old building includes double-height exhibition galleries and an events venue on the ground floor, which opens out to bring in natural light and give views of the historic Royal Albert Dock.
