Rafael Moneo

The architect from Tudela received two awards: a local Navarrese one, the Prince of Viana Prize for Culture, granted yearly since its institution in 1990; and a new international reward called the Schock Prize, awarded by the private foundation of the same name at the proposal of Sweden's Academy of Arts, which Moneo accepted in November from King Charles Gustav.
