The view from our office, 30m above ground. New towers are being built everywhere. The noise is deafening. During breaks in the construction work, compressors are heard. Opposite, new markers are being put in place. They give an idea of the height and proportions of the next high-rise. The eye is drawn to the technicians installing the huge poles. Here, densification is pitted against the demand for comfort. The flats are now so expensive that land consumption is on the decline. For once, inflation has a positive side.
