Photographer and graphic designer in the toy industry, Emmett started developing his interest in capturing the spirit of abandoned places five years ago, when during a visit to the National Gas Turbine Establishment of Hampshire he discovered that the lack of auditory or visual distractions in that uninhabited and rundown environment allowed him to focus totally on the place. Through social networks the young photographer shares information on the old uses, the reasons why they were abandoned, or the future plans for the structures he visits and photographs.
