The Italian architect Italo Rota has died at 70 years of age. The author of the Museo del Novecento in Milan, the revamp of the urban center of Nantes, and the seaside promenade of the Foro Italico in Palermo, Rota worked with Franco Albini and Vittorio Gregotti at the start of his career, and in the 1980s collaborated with Gae Aulenti in the Musée d’Orsay of Paris.
