To celebrate AV magazine’s rounding the cape of thirty Yearbooks, this book gathers the chronicles that prefaced them, where Luis Fernández-Galiano has left word on the main events and protagonists of each moment, not only in the field of architecture but also in the wider sociopolitical context. The reader is thus led on a journey from the fall of the Berlin Wall all the way to the war in Ukraine, passing through important dates that document both the bonanza that preceded the 2008 crisis and the past decade of geopolitical uncertainty and environmental dilemmas.
