The Valencian firm Ramón Esteve Estudio
built this house in Moraira, within the municipality of Teulada (Alicante), on a long narrow plot of land surrounded by vegetation and benefiting from distant sea views.
A series of continuous volumes varying in height slide on to each other to create a connection between interiors and exteriors, enriching the space with lighting and ventilation while marking the independence of the different spaces. Limits are diluted by tall sliding doors made to measure from the SOLEAL
model of Technal
, which are integrated into the GEODE
curtain wall. So the living room is bathed in daylight, and views from there are enhanced by the slenderness of the profiles of the system installed. The other windows have been given fixtures of the SOLEAL
With a floor area of 250 square meters, the house is composed of prisms of variable geometry attached to one another, following the direction of the plot, in a way that aims to maximize privacy from neighbors, while the building opens out to the garden through large glazed surfaces. The lower constructions contain communal facilities and the taller ones, rising two levels, contain the more private rooms. Access is through the tallest structure at the center.
The exterior spaces were designed with the same approach as the built elements, and vegetation merges the house with the landscape. Technal
a company boasting 50 years of experience in aluminum cladding solutions, relies on Aluminier Technal
,a network of authorized manufacturers and installers, for the production and assemblage of its enclosures.
